This involved mixing organic mineral powder with cement and adhesive glue, which were then applied to the exterior.
The renovation process emphasizes sustainability by upcycling architectural waste, using metal and glass from the old structure to create striking art installations. Additionally, furniture and room doors from previous tenants have been recycled, with their old fine finishes polished down to a raw finish, aligning with the overall brutalism concept.
